1. Service Agreement

This User Agreement specifically pertains to the "VpnStealth" mobile application, hereafter referred to as "Services." By availing yourself of these Services, you commit to abiding by the conditions outlined in this agreement.

The "VpnStealth" Virtual Private Network service, denoted as VpnStealth, is presented by MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED, headquartered at Unit 2nd Floor 90-96 High Street North LONDON, E6 2HT United Kingdom, and subsequently referred to as "MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED," "we," "us," or "our." This contractual arrangement solidifies the relationship between MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED and you, the VpnStealth user. Notably, we refrain from ascertaining your identity. MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED extends to you a personal, non-transferable, limited, revocable license exclusively for accessing VpnStealth, subject to this Agreement. Any rights not explicitly conferred in this license remain VpnStealth's property. The sublicense, assignment, or transfer of this license is prohibited, and any such attempt is deemed null and void.

You are eligible to utilize VpnStealth if you possess the legal capacity and authorization to enter into an agreement with VpnStealth, without any legal restrictions. Your commitment involves using VpnStealth and the Service solely for privacy and security requirements and in strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Agreements with third parties to obstruct others from using VpnStealth or employ it for fraudulent, improper, or unlawful purposes are strictly prohibited under this Agreement.

2. Data Security and Privacy

VpnStealth ensures the execution of internet activities via VPN servers across diverse regions without exposing your IP address. All data traffic is encrypted, ensuring confidentiality.

Personal data that could compromise your information is not stored within VpnStealth. Operations involving the storage of personal data, such as payment transactions, involve collaboration with third-party providers responsible for separate data storage. 3. Enhancements to Services

Periodically, MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED, at its discretion, may make adjustments to VpnStealth, which could include adding or eliminating specific features of VPN servers or introducing software updates.

Limited technical support, upgrades, and updates for VpnStealth may be offered at the discretion of MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED. Updates and enhancements to VpnStealth may be automatically delivered to enhance and evolve the service. By using VpnStealth, you implicitly consent to receive these updates and enhancements. There is no obligation to provide support versions of VpnStealth, nor is there an obligation to offer support or maintenance for the Services under this Agreement.

4. Collaboration with External Providers

To make VpnStealth accessible, MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED collaborates with third-party providers, such as Digital Commerce Providers for payment transactions and Data Processing Centers for VPN servers. Detailed information on third-party providers partnering with VpnStealth can be found in our Privacy Policy. While efforts are made to oversee partner selection and secure services, all representations and warranties regarding content, goods, software, or services obtained from third-party providers are disclaimed.

5. User Account Protection

Safeguarding your password and managing your user data is your responsibility. Regularly changing your password and refraining from sharing user information with third parties is imperative. You are accountable for activities linked to your user account, including those unwarrantedly transferred to third parties.

VpnStealth provides an unlimited subscription package to users, with subscription settings overseen by users. A three-day free trial period is offered, and any unused trial time is forfeited upon subscription purchase. The user account is set to auto-renew weekly, with payment charged to the iTunes account. End users can control subscriptions via account settings post-purchase. Subscription pricing is at the discretion of MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED and may fluctuate over time.

6. User Responsibilities

As VpnStealth is accessible worldwide, you pledge to ensure that your use of VpnStealth adheres to all applicable local laws and regulations. Guaranteeing that you do not employ the service in a way that contravenes the law or infringes upon third-party rights is essential. Specific commitments include not reverse-engineering, decompiling, modifying, or extracting any part of VpnStealth, and not engaging in any activity compromising VpnStealth's operation.

In the event of a breach of this Agreement, MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to VpnStealth without issuing refunds for paid Services and may initiate legal proceedings.

7. Service Warranties

MOZA REPAIRS LIMITED provides no warranties for the service or the software. Liability for damages resulting from the exposure of user identity, IP address, or the functioning of individual VPN servers is disclaimed. No warranty is provided for the availability or performance of specific VPN servers within the VpnStealth network.

Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, VpnStealth VPN is provided "as is." All implied warranties, including non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, suitability, or fitness for a specific purpose, are disclaimed. Uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices, or complete protection for data, information, or content transmitted over the internet is not guaranteed.

8. Legal Protection

You agree to indemnify and protect VpnStealth and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, and others from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of VpnStealth. You are solely responsible for your actions while using VpnStealth.

9. Termination

If the entire agreement is terminated, your user account access will be revoked, and your license to use VpnStealth will become invalid. VpnStealth's agreement may be terminated in cases of atypical use.

Upon termination of this Agreement, all granted licenses will be revoked, and you will no longer have access to VpnStealth.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement or the usage of VpnStealth will be resolved in accordance with English law. This Agreement is subject to the laws of England and applicable federal laws, without considering conflict of laws principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the City of London and waive any objection to the venue or appropriateness of such courts. Photos or video copies of VpnStealth pages produced during usage cannot be used as evidence of personal data or any legal violations.
